I used to live in D.C up until 2008 , but now I moved to Florida and man do I miss the D.C scene . I used to visit all the spas in D.C ( specially Bebe from Sun ) and I am very familiar with the mamasan of shell ( former Rio ) . But here's my dillema . I have made 3 trips back to Maryland and D.C , one in February , one in March , and one in May - And everytime I visited shell , the mamasan always turned me away saying that all the girls are busy and that if I came back later she would take care of me with a nice girl . But everytime I went back she told the same thing again . Do you guys get the same response from her ? . I'm planning to go back to D.C again and this time I want to see If I can finaly try out shell , I've had absolutely no luck getting in because mamasan always starts feeding me some lines . She always tells me that she has only 2 girls available and that all of them are booked . She knows me from Rio , I always had fun there back in 2006 so I don't know why she always tells me this when I visit her . What's going on ?

Been out with Knee surgery and hungry for some action. Have doing the northern VA thing out where I reside but now am ready to get back to the basics. I am an old timer from back in the day, just give you the ups, I recal the place off GA ave up in Wheaton in the white building and directly behind the gas station and I also recall the place off FLA ave in DC that was upstairs, kinda close to Adams Morgan. Fellas, whats the haps in DC now, what places are still good?

I've been off this site for a while, spending time on ISG as I have moved back to Oz. I've been keeping tabs on the AMP and Club scene, looks like some things have changed, not all for the best. Most of the reviews from the old sites don't sound like they are as much fun any more, and Leo seems to be as active as ever.

However, I have a favour to ask of my mongering friends in DC.

Has anyone met Nikki at Archibalds? Is she the same asian girl that worked at Camelot a few years back? We got along well, but have lost touch, so I would be grateful if anyone can give me an update.

Just to add my .02, I had a conversation with Bobbi at Rio and she informed me that on the West Coast (SF), AMPs are restricted to Asian and White patrons only. Now, personally, I believe AMPs should be open to all those that abide by the rules (of course mama reserves the right to deny entry but this should not be based upon skin color). She also told me that before coming to the east coast she feared people from other cultural groups (namely black) but upon meeting some found many to be very nice. While I understand Bobbi's fear for lack of understanding and exposure to a culture non-existent in Asia, I don't understand the west coast restriction that would further intensify any preconceived notions.

House fee in most places still 0.6. Tips are in the $ to $.2 range. Vermont is kinda pricey (0.8 for 1hr). It's probably not worth it for most of the readers, given there haven't been any reviews of DC-level offerings there yet.

What would you guys do given this scenario:

Your being given TS by a provider you like and then they ask you if its ok to switch providers? Do you guys agree to the switch or not?

I'm thinking if you demand to stick with your girl that you'll have a bad dream but then you never know what you'll get if you switch. Dunno about you guys but have any of you experienced this?

Just wondering.

I have been going to Kyoto since it opened under Ruby the redheaded spa girl. They have had some on and off trouble there over the years, as have all the Howard County spas. Of late I have had good experiences there.

Of the ads you posted, three have reviews online, and one is using stock photos stolen from Getty.

You could have answered your own questions with about 5 minutes of research on Google and TinEye.

It's one thing to ask for info after not finding anything, but you didn't even bother to look.
