So the landlord sold the business to Maggie, then, a few months later evicts her without cause… why? Maybe she dislikes collecting thousands in monthly rent.

Each commercial plaza has its own “feel”. Some feel a little more shady and others feel more family oriented and legitimate. The plaza Hot Rock Sauna is in definitely has that family oriented feel to it and that is what they want their tenants to be.

The first time I went to Hock Rock years ago, I used the hot rock sauna room, had a shower scrub and a pretty basic massage with HE. There were even women customers in the building at the time. I went more recently and the spa is more like the EBC area. So, their offerings have increased and is now no longer in keeping with the family feel the plaza is going for.

Everybody has their opinion but personally I feel like a semi legit, leaning more into the legit, is the best for this place. I get the appeal of a fuck shop being in a body scrub place but as I understood it, that kind of soapy slidey fun wasn't always on the table so what's the point?

If that's thr case she would have reopen the place by now.

Once your store is gone, customers go somewhere and never come back.

La monny did struggle after renovation. Now they are vibrant once again thanks mostly to their japense chicks working for them

Maggie had everything she needed.....those who blame her simply don't know the whole story.
