Bailed on Hot Rocks when I asked to be booked with a younger provider and was presented with Jennifer upon arrival. No problem with Jennifer. I've seen her many times over the past decade. Just walked next door. Been there twice since. Both times I had a good time.

And krayjee will blame the failure on the hot rock boss. When I confronted him why he lost spa contract la, he said it was thr change of spa owners. Ever since this spa has closed, we haven't heard from him on this thread. Perhaps he is listening more and talk less.

I am glad I didn't go when the place got shut down by the landlord. I wonder if the customer gets any refund when the bailiff stormed in and shut the place . The scenario probably didn't happen given they can't even afford to pay the rent in the first place

2 days’ profit? (4 gals x 6 clients x $40 = $960 x 2 days… just about $2k)… it shouldn’t kill them.

Hmm… let’s factor in:

• Girl salary = $0
• Heating & electricity = who gives a fuck
• Rent = $6k ? $12k? I dunno…
• Bed sheets, spa lube oil = um, less than $1k, right
• Kj salary = way less than $1k I hope!

… only way u lose $$$ = not enuf clients or u wasted yer $$$ … or both

If they just took over HR & kep same girls, stay semilegit… guaranteed income, no?

Change 2 full service, lose yer old staff, lose most of yer old clients… that’s a bit more risky… & they reno’d the place 2…

I for one am not happy when any business fails. People do not go into business with the intent of failing. Every business cannot satisfy every customer. Some will stay others will go.

Blame it on poor cash flow management, less customers, personal friction, bad management or just inexperience, it's still a shame.

Renov doesn't cost that much. At most fpr a spa you are looking atv80k

Renovations and equipments overtime. Pretty sure the original owner already write off some of thr costs when filing tax returns. At most for any given spa I would pay around 50k unless the the business comes with the store
