Good info. Actually, the 4% is very, very low. Most Thailand cities show 20%plus. Costa Rica is 7%. I would think TJ has one of the lowest rates in the world for such a concentrated mongering spot. I think with that article of Amigomio's he could make a good case of staying away from civilian chicks at bars in the US especially minority girls.

If so that's a sad way to monger. There are guys who almost live in TJ who are there at least every week, some even every day, and when you are in TJ all the time you form relationships yes it's possible to form a relationship with a hooker, because the last I heard they were human beings too.
