Mexican Girls - most don't know English but neither do Thais HK or Vietnam girls. They do understand what you want and use a condom, the amount of time isn't that great but about the same as Hong Kong for less.

Surroundings - Tijuana is similar to Angeles City except not as many bars.

Food - Tijuana has a lot of great restaurants in the area, Thailand does as well plus the street vendors are safe, the Philippines food is okay but would avoid street vendors.

Value - Definitely for the time of travel and cost involved you are better going to Tijuana. You can cross the border anytime and be back in the USA if you start to feel the need. My personal experience, I love being able to bet on sports in Tijuana, the tacos, the women and bars. Love the atmosphere and after 3- 5 days ready to go back home. I can't deal with Pattaya more then a week and Angeles City gets to me after 2 weeks, but you do have options of exploring other parts of Southeast Asia but if your main objective is women then this place rules. I would say the girls in Tijuana
are better looking then AC/Manila and Thai girls. Only exception if you are the type of person who wants to hook up LT, you can do so in SEA at an inexpensive price but then you risk falling in love and missing out on other women. I'm sure if you find someone in Tijuana that clicks, you can arrange something.
