Because they are not spending trillions of dollars on war. Did you know that France is beating the US in nuclear energy?? They are 80% nuclear energy and the US is only 20%. When the prices for 1/2 hour reach 100 in TJ, thats 200 per hour.........you can get someone in the US for that price, I will probably still go to TJ for the experience but I will go a lot less.
