Hi all,

I'm a first time poster as you will all will probably be able to tell. I have frequented 1413 many times and have been looking to expand my horizons recently. Last night I went to 1333 and had a lackluster experience that I wanted to share to see if it was the norm:

Went in, was asked if it was my first time there and I responded "yes." Girl came to greet me in my room (not all that great, 6 in terms of looks, but was older and could have been in better shape), and told me it was 60 for massage, shower, and suana. I agreed, thinking that "more" would come later. After all was said and done, all I got was a JO, even though I was basically asking for more.

This truly is a sad, sad era.

Several years ago, at this time of the year, the AMP scene was bountiful, now look at it. It's like the scene has gone the way of the dodo bird. As a youth, I remember hearing about how 14 st used to be a candy store for finding SW's; that's a thing of the past now, but I wonder if 5 years down the road, we'll be telling others about the good old days of the AMP scene? It's never been like this as long as I've been involved in it. Never, and I started going around 1999.

I'd be really surprised if this scene bounces back to what it used to be, but with the lack of reviews, the economy, the politically motivated hard-on to rid DC of this industry, I doubt it. That is unless it goes DEEP underground, if it hasn't already. The DMV used to also have a good supply of Lapdance based strip clubs scattered around. They too are a thing of the past.

Had a terrible experience with Coco today on Conn ave. She's about a 9 in the looks department, but service was horrible. The TS was literally 90 seconds. This is a delayed review of 1333 Mist which happened about 3 weeks ago. This time the service was much better. TS was amazing. The massage was the best one I've had so far (only ever had one at an AMP). After the flip it got better. The standard door fee was charged, plus the tip. I gave her an extra 20 because of the amazing massage and great service.

Now for some questions.

As you know, this locale has been closed. And since this was the only one I have ever gone to. This saddens me since I was getting into the hobby and enjoying myself. So the question follows: Where should I go now to indulge? I know that there is a place in Tenleytown I've done my research and I know where it is and all of the logistical problems. 1) Which reviews are questionable?

2-3) I can tell you for a fact that 14k was closed M night thru Fri because I physically went there each day and saw the lock. I also saw the last folks there that left there Monday night. And they certainly didn't look paranoid but they did have their luggage with them so I'm guessing they were planning on being gone for awhile 2-3-4) I don't know about any busts at Green but when I was there Thurs and Fri, I got in just fine. M-W they wouldn't let me in though!

I would say you can keep frequenting. Just be safe and smart about it!

Since NOVA was over-working my spidy sense (especially Golden Palms). I decided to venture on in to "the most powerful city in the world" and see if I could release some of my own power.
