At the back of the spa is a unit that is basically an apartment suite. Some regular clients have been allowed to use the bathtub there after a session.

There is a balcony but I have been behind the building and there is no rear entrance.

Just as I get there, I reach out for the red door and jump upstairs.

I’m sure anybody watching just assumes I’m in the downstairs store, not the upstairs one.

I just feel unfortunately she doesn’t have the personality to crack the whip when girls show up late or don’t come to work.

I can see why you'd think that. But.

Gigi is sweet and submissive with us. But she's also smart, and may I say, pragmatic, meaning that she knows that she can charge us way more that she does, yet she sticks to her fee (we all know what it is). That way, including the fact that she provides services that a vast majority of us won't get elsewhere, she has a pretty much endless flow of customers that want to see her, let alone her regulars beeing happy and satisfied.
Therefore, I believe that she would be able to train her staff well, and let go the ones that are irresponsible, since she'd know what's best for her and a spa.
But the main advantage would be, that there will be no Amy or Lucy to shove sticks into her spokes.
