Hard to say if Gigi knows, or not. But she's generally aware of Amy being a fly-by-night operator.
Why is Amy doing that? Easy. By now, it looks like quite a few people have Gigi's number. Amy knows that she can no longer cockblock us, and is trying to screw over the once that don't in anyway she can.

At the back of the spa is a unit that is basically an apartment suite. Some regular clients have been allowed to use the bathtub there after a session.

There is a balcony but I have been behind the building and there is no rear entrance.

It occurs to me that you might be talking about anal sex, in which case you would have to talk with Amy. I assume any sex worker with those granny looks must be doing something. No chance with Gigi.

But if she's discouraging people from seeing Gigi, she's just losing money for herself. I mean, I guess I get the jealousy thing, but isn't the whole point of this to make money? If she keeps telling people Gigi isn't there (when she is there) she's losing out on lots of room fees. Very strange.

Just as I get there, I reach out for the red door and jump upstairs.

I’m sure anybody watching just assumes I’m in the downstairs store, not the upstairs one.

That’s the dream.

I just feel unfortunately she doesn’t have the personality to crack the whip when girls show up late or don’t come to work.

I can see why you'd think that. But.

Gigi is sweet and submissive with us. But she's also smart, and may I say, pragmatic, meaning that she knows that she can charge us way more that she does, yet she sticks to her fee (we all know what it is). That way, including the fact that she provides services that a vast majority of us won't get elsewhere, she has a pretty much endless flow of customers that want to see her, let alone her regulars beeing happy and satisfied.
Therefore, I believe that she would be able to train her staff well, and let go the ones that are irresponsible, since she'd know what's best for her and a spa.
But the main advantage would be, that there will be no Amy or Lucy to shove sticks into her spokes.
