Then it was confirmed today? I was just going with what was said last night at 11:30.

Did they say anything about any symptoms he has. His face looked like it was an odd colour during the debate. But then again, it always does.

He pulled a mask out of his shirt pocket, saying he wears it when necessary, while ridiculing Biden of wearing it all the time.

He is 74, obese, and has a terrible diet but he does have access to the best medical care so while he may not have public events he will likely still have a large media presence over the next few weeks. However, he was already significantly down in the polls, especially in some vital swing states. Trump getting the virus will be a wake-up call for many who have been in denial. At some point the Republican Party will be done with him and the knives will come out. It should be an interesting October.

His helicopter landed on the South Lawn. The media is waiting to see if he walks to the helicopter or otherwise. The plan was he’ll be there for several days but be in full command. He’s on a cocktail of antibiotics (not hydroxychloroquine) but being there is supposed to be precautionary as they can better and more quickly treat him if things go south.

Republicans must wake up and do what is necessary to redeem themselves after their shameful, spineless obeisance to this self-serving, race-bating, pseudo-authoritarian, divisive narcissist. The GOP was not always the bad guy. How in the world did the party of honest Abe end up supporting a modern day Caligula? How can they acquiesce to a pair resembling Ferdinand and Imelda as the leaders of the longest running experiment in democracy?
Their longer-term survival is likely to come from groups like Republican Voters Against Trump. People like Scaramucci, Bolton and Mattis are making good points and should be given credit for speaking out. Even Cohen is in the process of redeeming himself.
Constant demonizing of the other side by both sides is only going to end badly and will have negative consequences for us north of the border. We all need to step back and figure out a way of discussing differences without seeing each other as enemies. Trump on the other hand is an existential threat to democracy and all of the positive achievements in societal evolution of the last 500 years of history.

My guess is in a week hes making videos saying he's better. In 2 weeks he's back at it harder than ever. This will help him more than hurt him IMO.
