here is my first experience and first review

been to swati (dont remember the exact name), it is right on the arrey colony signal on the station road, the first building on the left when u go towards goregaon station. name board says live orchestry 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm.

I was there at 7.30 and i was the only person in there, this was my first time to a dance / live orchestra bar so totally clueless as what to do. I was relying to see more people and learn from but there was no one till 8.30. Right from waiter, captain and the girls all were simply staring at me for almost an hour and no one to give me any pointers.

then came in 2 person, one of them got 500 changed to 10's from the captain and started giving it to all the captains and waiters. Then came the girl part, they just went to him and collected money. Looking at him even i got 300 changed and the scene repeated with me, was not sure why i was to pay everyone without anything, i mean why to the waiters, they just standing in front of u and smily and expect you to give them money, they wont budge if u dont and just block the view.

place gets filled up after 10, everyone was just calling the girls they like and handing over the notes. there was no dancing, girls just stand there and give u all the nasty and wanting look and collect money. I am not sure if this is what happens at all the bars, require help from senior to help me with bar etiquette.

below is my take
orchestra : it is a dummy act, they have the setup but the song is not sung by the person standing there.
girls : there were 13-15 girls from the range 5/10 to 8/10 (I have not been to other places so could not compare and rate)
captain & waiter : just hungry for money so they dont bother you when u sit there.
beer : 300Rs/bottle ( which i felt was a bit pricy)
total damage :1000rs = 600rs beer + 50rs tip to captain + 50rs tip to waiter + 300rs to girls, other greedy captains and orchestra

Hey eragon usually in db the girls generally dance .the crowd usually pay some 100 bucks for their fav song and the girls dance
I had been to many db but don't have any idea about db near aarey clny.

There are many db around chck naka BT go with Panchaali

guys visited a DB sang**ta on ghodbandar road yesterday... first time, the waiters were not troubling to shake hands, around 8-9 girls sat smiling, showing the cleavages... in all decent experience .. since this was the first time, didn't bother to get the nos of the girls or anything

I guess pretty safe now... haven't heard of any DB raids in a while... the raids are mostly on the lodges...
