I used to manage the financial affairs of this elderly Jewish artist and his wife who survived the Holocaust. Many of the pieces of art he produced were depictions of the era. We spoke at length about what they saw and experienced. I saw the pain and the fear in their eyes it was surreal. Now I don't know if the 6 million death count is accurate but a hell of a lot of Jews died in the camps. Its very well documented.
