The problem with the Den is you can't just go there and leave if you don't like what you see. You have to pay a $100 fee if you decide to leave.
At the ST, you see who's in the line up and choose or you can just leave.

I've never been to the Touch, but the consensus is pretty clear that the value isn't there... they charge you a lot just to get in a room with a girl, and that's not even including tips for FS. The price at the Den is considerably more reasonable than the Touch, and yes you're stuck with your choice regardless of their looks, unless you opt out with a penalty. But most of the time, you won't be disappointed. Looks are a subjective thing, so it really depends on what you like.

If you're looking for a Caucasian model, I recommend Bridget (she really is a model by day). She doesn't work that often... you'd be lucky to see her on the Den's list once every 2-3 weeks... and that's even if they have a slot for you, as her bookings fill up rapidly. She's friendly enough, but her GFE skills are mildly weak. If you're into Asian, Candy is a real pleaser, though I haven't seen her on the Den list recently either. She's not slim, but she's definitely not fat, and she can warm up to you real quickly.

On another note, is $100 not a bit much for not liking the choice you made without even seeing the girl first? Or is that cab fare for the girl to come to the Den from wherever, since maybe there are few "on site" girls?

Yep, thats what they told me. Once you make an appointment you have to see her otherwise a $100 fee would apply. They take the cash up front before you go to your room with your choice of fox.

As for the $ thing, I get what you guys are saying. And before I go off into what may seem like a rant, I am not in any way flaming you guys, just want to promote some discussion.

If this place was a walk-in, I'm sure like other MPs you could leave after seeing the lineup without paying any sort of "penalty". However, you have to remember that many of these girls do this on the side, and would be absolutely devastated if co-workers at their day job, friends or family, found out what they were doing for the extra cash. I believe the penalty is a way of insuring they get serious clients, and not someone who's just there to scope out whether or not he made a good choice.

Also, you may not realize this, but when you ring the bell at the top of the stairs, you are actually photographed from several different angles, and the girl you are about to see checks you out to make sure she doesn't recognize you from elsewhere in her life. Or maybe she just doesn't want to see you. If you've ever heard the excuse "Oh, the client before you has decided to extend his stay, perhaps you can book her another time," there's a chance that it's a legitimate excuse... but there's also a chance that you might actually know this girl... or she might not like what you look like. In either case, if she rejects your appointment, she gets penalized. CF may not like this being public knowledge, but seriously, it makes absolute sense, and would anyone doubt it?

Finally let's say you got into a spat with the girl, you had the worst time of your life, and you go and complain to the receptionist. It would be unusual for them to offer you a full refund... the most I can see them offering you is a discount on your next visit, which basically works out to the penalty you would have paid by just walking out. I guess $ is cheap for hurting a girl's feelings.

Of course, only Carman can provide any sort of true answer to these questions, but as vanboy0 pointed out, if she didn't mention that on CKNW, she sure as hell won't mention it here.

oh, oh.... Most folks are aware (A)MPs have outside surveillance cameras that check for unwanted visitors but there's no actual recording kept of who's been there. Are you suggesting by the word "photographed" that, besides seeing an image on a TV screen, the Den is recording pictures of arrivals? Please clarify.

Swedish Touch has a surveillance camera. They have one downstairs at the elevator, and when you enter the Touch they have a camera. That's for the protection of staff and is understandable. In Montreal the MPs have security cameras actually inside the rooms.

The $ 100 penalty... now it's one thing to say that to clients on the phone, it's another thing to actually force the client to pay the $ 100 penalty in order to let him leave the premises.

They can say whatever they want on the phone, but forcing someone who's on commercial property to pay for services not rendered may be an interesting legal matter.

MPs in Burnaby are not allowed to have a locked front door. That's against the by laws.

And if they are an escort service they are not allowed to do incalls. The service has to be outcall only. They can have a place for clients to meet the girls, such as Mystique and 5 Star, but services have to be provided off premises, unless they are licensed as a massage parlour.

Otherwise, it's keeping a common bawdy house and that's against the criminal code.

If Fox Den is licensed as an MP, that's fine, but the locked door has to go. Burnaby passed that bylaw several years ago. If a city inspector drops by, he will do so in the presence of the RCMP and they will be written up for a bylaw infraction.

The By Appointment stuff is crapp.

Bylaws are everywhere. They have to be followed. That goes for videos stores too. All videos stores in B.C. have to have a blue sticker on each video saying it's been B.C. inspected and passed by the B.C. film board. That applies to blue movies especially. Sometimes a bylaw enforcement officer will drop by unannounced with a cop and if he sees stickers missing from videos, the store gets a $ 2000 fine or the license can be lifted. The cop is there to enforce the bylaw or write a ticket or report.

On Skytrain, if you don't have the proper fare and you're approached by a Skytrain official in a blue jacket or Security, they don't have the power to arrest you or write you a ticket. So the most they can do is ask you to get off and pay the extra fare at the next station.

However, if one of the transit cops (and they do have guns) should catch you with an invalid fare, he has the power to write you a ticket. Security can't do that.

If FoxDen is charging people $ 100 to leave the premises, they they will have to indicate that on their website.

I want to hear from anyone who has actually been charged $ 100 for leaving FoxDen. I don't want to hear what they were told on the phone, I want to hear from someone who actually had to pay $ 100 to leave.

And I'd like to hear what happened when the client refused to pay.

Nice one vanboy0, very informative stuff! As far as the locked door thing goes, I've never been to a MP where the doors have been unlocked, Burnaby or otherwise. Yes it's a by-law, but it seems like LE don't usually show up to these places unless they get a complaint, usually if they suspect human trafficking or work-permit or -visa violations. I think they realize that going after places like this is a losing battle... scare enough of them away, and the micros take over... and micros are so much harder to police than MPs. At least MPs pay taxes, so if they keep it quiet, the LE tend to turn the other cheek.

As far as the $100 thing, I don't know. I tend to like the girls and service that I get at the Den, and I'd like to be able to be a returning client. Skipping out on the penalty should I not like what I see would put all of that in jeopardy. At any rate, I don't see how you'd be able to get that $100 back, since they already took your money, short of threatening the staff for a full refund, that is. And it could be worse... they could refund your money in the form of CF vouchers...

Monetarily it won't cost you anything to turn around and walk out of the Swedish Touch.

However, you quite likely will get snubbed and dissed and made to feel like an asshole.

Those are pretty girls and they don't take rejection very well. One time, there was this blonde there named Sonny. She always did Friday nights.

On 3 consecutive Friday nights I dropped by to check out the lineup cause I figure Friday night has the high rollers, and to a certain extent that's true though I prefer my cums in the morning.

On the third Friday, she mentioned something to the effect that I just like to drop by every Friday night and check out the girls and then walk out. Jesus she was rude! She was a total snobbish bitch. Making me feel like I was 3 inches tall.

If those ladies don't like what they do for a living then they can flip burgers at Burger King for 8 bucks an hour or pump gas at Chevron for 9 bucks an hour and have a manager yelling at them all day long and they can find out what a real job is about.

I'm sure most of you gentleman have real jobs and realize what it takes to make $ 300 net.

Then there was another incident with a blonde busty girl named Darion, an incident that was brought up with management. I asked her if there were other blondes on later that evening and she threw her arms up in the air and said "Sir, there's lots of blonds working here" and she walked away, leaving me to walk out the door with the girls on the sofa staring at me.

At Madame Cleos, policy is to let the client walk out the door first before the girls leave the room to avoid embarrassing the client and making him feel bad.

At least with Madame Cleos they have some sense of customer service.

Just a quick update on my own post from the previous page... it seems like Bridget Fox is working at the Den a lot more often these days! Must be some nice Xmas gifts she's planning to get friends and family. She's there today, so if you haven't seen her yet (or you just want to rekindle acquaintences), and you're looking for a hot model type (the original point of this thread) I recommend you call early to book a time.
