Unlicensed MPAs at Perla

The girls who are unlisted pay Perla a hefty room rental fee to be there and ply their trade. Perla is unable to occupy the room to capacity with licensed attendants. Bylaw inspectors have been know to take bribes and kick backs but it is risky for the spa. The unlicensed attendants may have criminal records.

The last think i need is an mpa going through my wallet for cash or to find out my i.d. and address. Could pass info to criminal boyfriend

Totally his prerogative, but seems extreme to me for the OP to decide never to go to Premier again based on this one experience. Disappointing how quickly ensuing posts descended to accusations of harboring illegals, employing girls without clean bills of health... bribery, kick backs, criminal records...being robbed and IDs being passed to boyfriends who are criminals?

Let's rein it in back to the facts. Sometimes, some girls, work at some places, for some time, without a license and/or a profile. It's the nature of the business. There are a lot of very legitimate reasons this happens. I'm not exclusive to Premier, but as the industry goes, I always feel safe with this chain and with their girls. And, if a girl is on 'holidays', maybe she really is just on a holiday! If I was seeing guys like us, I'd sure need a break

Ya and before you spew bs I know a legit business you was told by by-law that he wss not permitted to sell something that was not part of his main activity.

Then why not get a license? Why as a business owner would you take the risk of bringing someone on board, even for a trial period, when there are tons of other people who are willing to get a license that are willing to work for you? This may seem silly to some of you but it's not to me.

I regularly visit Flirt, Muse, Pickering Angels and I have been to Allure and Steeles Royal. Enough times and on a good variation of days and times, evenings vs late nights and weekdays vs weekends, to know that none of these places have hidden girls on shift that are not listed on their website. Perla is the only place this happens.

An MPA can make the $300 pretty quick, so I doubt that's what holds her back. But, idk, you might be right? Never thought of it that way.

Not sure if you ran your message through google translate or something but after I finally made sense of parts of it...yes, you DO make a good point. It is illegal to employ or to work without a license. In that sense, it lacks legitimacy. I guess what I meant was, 'legitimate' as a rationale by the spa or the girl - such as just a trial to the spa, the industry, or passing through short term. But, you're right, even if they justify their decision, it's still illegal.

I think there are a few other transactions taking place by most of us in the room that aren't entirely legal or 'legitimate'. Either way, my point was that it's unfair to assume immigration, failing a health test, or a criminal past are the only reasons for no license, and unfair to target a specific chain for an industry wide practice.

I concur, for some girls it is simply they do not want to be associated with being a prostitute. The fact is that most people recognize that there are rules, it is the pimps and prostitutes that believe rules are for everyone else.

Plyafulfun, that is an entirely different discussion. although it would envolve by-law and LE.
Truth is the city of TO knows full well what goes on in the spas, it doesn't excuse the fact that the owner and attendant do not follow the rules, just ask any judge.
