There is not such thing as “flat extra rate”. You can end up paying only the room fee, which increase time wise, and pay nothing else. This way you get minimum service offer. Remember these are massage spas. Not escort service centres. If you were offered extra services and choose to go for it, then you pay for it. Usually there is a customary fee set by attendances for different type of extra services they offer. You choose and you pay their requested fee.
