$50 is actually very standard rate. I remember got one bro said in one of the earlier posting that town rent is higher than HDB estate, so rates should be lower at HDB. I don't think that is fair cos we ought to bear in mind dat the the payment for specials goes to the gal not the shop. If the same gal working in town can get $20 more than if she work in HDB estate (assuming bros expect HDB gal to be only $30 for hj), then all the gals will want to work in town. Sure, transport and food might cost a bit more but assuming 5 customers per day, the extra $100 covers dat very easily.

As for the shop i tink those out of town is slightly cheaper but again to be fair, nowadays (compared to about 8 to 9 yrs ago) many of these shops do real massage and you at least get 45 to 50mins so with xx number of rooms, their revenue Reviewom entrance fee is pretty much there.
