While I am completely uninterested in all the trolling and drama that this thread has devolved into, I am going to pipe up with some information because a newbie has asked.
What is termed a "tip" is actually the MPA's whole entire pay. The "house fee" goes to the business - for rent, supplies, hydro, etc etc etc. If a girl sees no clients in a day, then she is paid zero for being there for 10 hours or whatever.
Another misconception is that this is "tax free" money. We are in the same tax situation as freelancers / independent contractors, so we have to figure out our CRA contribution every year, it's not taken off of payroll as if we are employees. We also don't have any benefits, so we have to pay for dental, prescriptions, vacation, etc etc etc out of pocket.
So please, don't haggle or beg for services that aren't offered. Remember that she is a person, and it is her body, and what you are giving her for the time is her pay and her

That too... if you have no plan to see the MPA again because of low energy, tip hungry, looks etc... then don't bother.

Also don't be a fish... some of these girls are expert on fishing and if they see you as a fat whale, they will promise more on next visit and then more on the third... I have never repeated on those. I have the "give me max now or never" attitude.

Different MPA experience and rate depends on type of SPA you visit.

For now until your skills improve and ready to move to the big league, stay within semi-legit places

40 hj girls don't get naked... you may touch over the clothes.
60 HJ topless
80 nude BS and reverse massage.
100+ sky is the limit.

Also depend if you book 30 mins versus 45, 1 hour+

Don't be an idiot and book 90 mins and give only 40... girls hate that and you will get a jack hammer hj and the girl will hope you never come back

if you get well above service in semi legit spa.... then shut the fuck up... don't tell, don't post, don't share in DM... a lot of bastards on here that can ruin the girl' reputation

Depends... some places are all inclusive so no need to tip inside the room. But if more options is available above the regular BS/ HJ, then tip to the lady in the room.

Sound advice. I the exact same tipping system and my regular seem very happy that this is the fair rate. Agree you should increase the tip proportion to the additional time too.

Unless the greeter is the one giving the service, in today’s economy, no reception, just the girls , sometimes just 1 girl

most places want the door fee up front for the time spent with the attendant, some places have a standard price for extra services but its really up to the girl to accept of be ok with the service fee which should be paid to the attendant(cash) if your paying card you will have to pay tax because the business has to pay for the machine and most places will add it on to your amount if you do. Some places will even charge the attendant at the end of the night for the amount of card payments they received. if you are paying the girl everything door and service fee the attendant is going to have to pay the house out of that money which is why its important to tip
