I offer my opinion and instead of listening to it and improving, it's revered as destructive and you get defensive!?

Based on my experience, my opinion is that you guys have at times over promoted and exaggerated some of the girls! End of story! I have no alterior motive. The girls are great. Dont set them up for failure.

In any business, there are things that have to be addressed to be successful.

I don't want to be a detriment to Lucy's business. She has a very nice place and obviously puts her all into her business. She's doing a great job and I wish her all the best.

You misunderstood my comment, more of a passing observation. Not defensive at all. I can't speak for others, but I barely ever mention what actually happens in the room but I agree about exaggeration in reviews and comments. Guys like to boost themselves up.
