unfortunate to say every spa boss once or twice have over-promised or over accommodated a currently served client at the expense of a waiting one. The trick is don't do that foolishness often.

From my experience, Farah was fine in terms of the level of service. Quite a nice lady, and had a good talk the times I've seen her. Management and parking/location is definitely something that needs to be improved upon if they want cx to go back. Had the same experience of having to wait. Only went due to lockdown, and was open to give it a try from experiences from Delinto days. With everything opening back up, they gonna need to do something cause their rep is shit atm.
