It all depends on economics. If they want increase in share only and owner is avoiding then they will raid on working day so that there will be minimum damage. If superiors want something to be closed down then there will be raid on weekends so that maximum damage is done. But can't predict definite pattern. One of the reason for permanent closure is public outcry and its gravity. If owner is politically well connected then also there are less chances of getting raided like owner of well known spa in central mumbai.
