Thanks for taking the time to write out your frustrations. Unfortunately 90% of this we do not agree with, please allow me to explain....
Our Anniversary event was our busiest Open House to date. With the launch of our expansion, June 3rd was the 1st day for reception and attendants to get used to the new flow. Riley and I were in around 7am til just after 8pm. We saw Rayne in action all day. She often puts even Riley & I to shame in her juggling skills. Im sorry that it seems she had tried to find you and the timing mix up began. Im glad you got in for a session, because many did not. Thats a perfect example of her ability to balance the clock.
If you read all the other threads about our Open House, Rayne is commended for her management skills. Not only to keep the girls on-time, but in line, on point, and professional. She is also amazing with you boys!! She can flirt like the best of us, yet be stern when needed. Rayne doesnt take any shit hahahaha! (Much like her bosses!). All of the girls have made a point of thanking Rayne for her hard work that day, and many came to us saying "I dont know where you guys found her, but she is amazing!" Not once has a girl ever said Rayne was rude or otherwise. In fact, we called her that night with glowing thanks and an invite for a special celebration out on the town for us to get a chance to thank her for her very hard work. Rayne treats MUSE like her own spa, her level of dedication is unmatched! Rayne is our most valuable asset.
As for the client-bashing...I have discussed this with her. I agree, not professional. However, in the defence of all my staff, we did have a few ummm, special types visit. With a FREE promotion, everyone under the sun visits. We had a few unpleasent fellows, a few cheapos who thought its was all free, and a few customers that were asked to leave due to behavior/hygiene. As much as we have a high standard in staff/services, we also hold a standard for clientele. No riffraff at MUSE, lol!
This does not however justify venting within earshot of customers. Or really, even on site. That should be done over a glass of wine after shift out at a bar.
Im so happy to hear you have enjoyed Juliette, Dallas, and our latest addition Carmen...what amazing ladies!! It sucks you didnt win the Durex prize. There were 5 ballots in that prize and I've heard from all of you who entered! LOL 4 of you shocked you didnt win! All of our winners (except for 2) have come to collect their prizes with winning ballots in hand. (actually the Jays game was last nite! Both winners are here on the board...hope u all had fun!!) We can't wait for the next MUSE event, and hope you come join us. Come say hello to Riley & I and we can chat further any time.
Thanks for the feedback TM.
Love,
Emily & Riley
