Sometimes shit happens. There are many valid reasons to cancel. If someone is sick overnight with a morning appt I expect they would go rather than pay a hefty fine. Same reason they have MPAs working when sick and on their period.

It's seriously not as advantageous as porno culture might make you think though. A lot of girls are scared of it, and others think they'll be into it, but quickly are not. This is directly from Premier Management, girls are not allowed to ask for more money then what is listed on their profile, if they ask for it you can report it to the front desk. They did not consider other services such as Greek when they rolled out this policy so you need to see how the policy evolves.

They can't ask for more but nothing says they cannot reduce their service. I think someone else started to comment along this line, next thing you know the $210 is going to become the door fee and base service, no bj covered or not and the upcharge to $270 will now be the new door fee plus bj

Instead of raising the prices for everyone they should have just banned south asians, the problems they had would have all gone away. It is the girl's body, so it is within their rights to ban brown guys they don't want to see, too many bad brown customers ruining it for everyone else.
