Pre Natal massage........what to expect & what to tip (if at all??)?

I am going for my first pre-natal massage this week. I've had many massages before both in a spa and medical setting. But this will be my first pre-natal massage. What can I expect?? Is it customary to tip my massage therapist?? It will be in a medical setting (a massage, chiro, healthcare business).
I live in a fairly small town, and know the owners of the healthcare clinic. So I asked about Pre-Natal Massage Therapists before I even booked it. It is one of their specialties!!
