As promised, I visited Peony Spa and booked Yan for an hour today. I've actually never been to Peony before and I almost tripped over that block they have the middle of the hallway lol.

Contrary to Eratim's review, I did not find a lick of attitude from Yan. I'm not sure if we are even reviewing the same girl. I found Yan to have an amazing attitude for her work and is quite talkative only after a few minutes. I confirmed it was her when she told me she's only been working there a week and she only works there Thurs, Sat & Sun.

The session began with her politely knocking on the door for my permission to enter and in steps Yan. She walks up to the front of my bed and introduces herself as "Yanny", asks what my name is and shakes my hand, I thought it was pretty cute she wanted to shake hands, hope she continues doing that.

She is definitely on the younger side. She said she is 25 but can easily pass for 21-22 and when I told her this she giggled jubilantly. She definitely still has a schoolgirl giggle which I fucking loved. Her English is pretty good for someone whose only been in Canada for 5 years. I spoke only English with her and we didn't have too much trouble communicating. She stands approx 5'5", medium length hair, slim frame approx 110lb, minimal makeup and I liked her small hands.

This is her first spa job and only first week but her massage is not that bad. I went with a medium pressure massage but I could tell she could go a lot harder if requested. For me, sessions are usually more enjoyable when the MPA is talkative and/or can click with you and if you can get her laughing, she can't stop

Overall the massage can use improvement (in terms of different techniques) but I'm sure she will get better over time and with her youthful looks I'm sure most of us won't mind too much. I asked to flip early just so I can get a better look at her while she massaged her way around junior. Her freshness to the business showed when I realized I needed to initiate the HE. Her HJ is what you would expect from younger newer girls. A bit standard but it felt good because she has small hands and young face but lacked some techniques which again will improve in the coming days/week. She seemed to like it when I led the action and I showed her some moves I liked, she was a quick learner. She leveled up today lol

Her enthusiasm to finish you is cute and I enjoyed watching her completely drain me using another method I taught her. She cleaned me up a bit and left the room to let me shower.

I still haven't decided if I want to disclose what I tip in my future reviews but I did not experience what Eratim reported. Yan was not tip hungry with me. She did not even mention anything about tip to me until I brought it up to her after being fully dressed and ready to leave. I gave her $80 tip for the hour.

She gives me a bottle of water, 2 big hugs before smiling and wishing my quick return.

I will Yan, you know I will.

She's new, she's young, she's pretty (imo). If you get to know her you will realize she's quite smart as well, so be nice to her so she doesn't run away too soon!

Look forward to more of my reviews, I'm back in my home city and just getting started.

She'd be happy with 80 dollar tip. I'm sure any girl will be happy with that much. You're a generous man HKM. Im sure girls love you. There's nothing wrong with tipping more. For everyone their own..

I drive a 50k car but for a hj I wouldn't tip more than 40. Also, for a BJ at premier which some girls give as a standard, I tip 50 regardless they ask me or not.

Eratim, If you tip $40 on your first visit and she treated you like crap on your second visit, it tells me clearly you two didn't click. I thought you tipped her less than $40 on your first visit when I responded to your first post. My sincere apology. $40 is more than fair for any girl at any semi legit spa so long as you were not pushy and groping her all over. Peony girls have a reputation of expecting too much tips. Most girls expect $60 tips there. I myself used to tip $60 and up to Renee and Helen but they were very open minded and quite liberal. You can get a very good service with $40-50 tips at E&M, J&L or Just Relax. I normally tip $40-50 depending on how well the girl served me and a bit more if she has great attitude. The most I have ever tipped at any semi legit spa was US $100 to a special girl at Hot Rock without much sexual activities in the room but who was so cute with great attitude and never ever mention about tip. That's the kind of girls I tip more. I never tip well to those who try to up sell or mention about tip. It's a big turn off for me.

Here is a little tip. Once you found a girl you like on your first visit and you think she is a keeper and thinking of repeating with her again, tip her well. Just like the saying.." FIRST IMPRESSION NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE".

First time I visited Asian Angela, she treated me very well. I didn't tip her even $1. It was not until the 10th visit or so that I began tipping her. Make a girl earn her tip. Don't just give every lady you see a tip. If you tip a girl in the beginning and keep tipping her NO MATTER HER SERVICE, she will always give you less than her best.

Ursus, there is a big difference between SPs an MPAs. SPs have a set price and doesn't require tips. So are the Holistic spas, they have set prices of $20,40, 60, 80 100 and such. No tipping is needed. But MPAs working at semi legit spas like Peony, Just relax or E&M doesn't have set prices for service and tips. We tip the ladies accordingly depending on their attitude, how they massage you, treat you and how liberal they are.

Normally I go to E&M every Sunday nights, but I was so curious about this new girl Yan after reading HKMike's review so I ended up seeing her last night.

Yan is exactly as HKMike has described. She is very pretty, very young and her previous work background experiences has helped her a lot in dealing with people I guess. She is very sweet, very friendly and I don't see any shyness at all for a newbie as soon as she greeted me at the front desk.

She led me to a room besides the front desk and asked how long I wanted to stay? I told her it's up to her and I don't mind staying whole night if she wishes. She laughs and told me I was very nice and she likes me. I told her I am not nice, I am very bad, that's why I was there. She laughs, giggles and told me I was really funny. I know right away from there I was going to have a good time with her. I took only 45 min session knowing her massage won't be any good like girls from E&M and just wanted to have a feel of the new girl in business.

I took a quick shower and she came in as I was about to jump on to the table. She was quite chatty and asking all kinds of questions she wanted to know about me. I also told her it was HKMike who sent me to see her. She said HKMike is very handsome and very nice. Her massage was not as bad as I thought so I let her keep on going for about 20 min and told her to cuddle with me and told her I was there just to get to know her, to chit chat and have a little fun. I guess I have earned her trust, she complied without any hesitations. We just laid down facing each other, cuddle and chit chat as if I was with my GF and caressing her hair. She seems to like that and told me I was so nice and so gentle. What a sweet little girl. To be honest, I won't even mind going there just to cuddle with a girl like that. She was ok with a little light kisses and touching here and there within semi legit limits. Her hand job was far from the kinds of experiences you get at E&M. It was like you are getting a HJ form your civilian GF like HKMike said.

She is very new in this business, still on the learning curves, it will take her time She is a rare find.

She never mentioned about tips or money. She is cool with what ever you feel is appropriate and told me all she wants is a nice gentle customer and not very fond of rough aggressive guys . I gave her $50 and she was happy as hell. She works there Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Oh..Oh..Oh..forgot to mention one thing. She told me she wanted to work at E&M so much so she called E&M last month but she was told no position available and she ended up at Peony. I guess Michelle figured out she has no massage skills by talking to her a bit cuz she was just a waitress before this job. Jessica's massage wasn't great either but her previous Suko experience has helped her land the job at E&M. Another thing is Michelle is reluctant to hire very young and pretty girls in fear of having jealousy and drama with other girls, just like she turned down a girl from I spa last yr. I know of a few other younger girls Michelle has turned down. I guess lots of girls are always looking for busy spas so they can make good money.

I just couldn't accept a semi-legit spa. My wife gives me a HJ and massage any time I want. But, I don't accept that menu. I tell my wife her service is not even worth anything to me. And she was a billboard girl in Shanghai for the water company, so she is actually beautiful. But still, if I don't get FS, I don't consider it worth even a penny.

Be careful with reviews. It is better they don't know. Some girls won't see you if they know you review girls in here and some might hold back their services in fear you might expose that special service to everyone. Some of the girls I am seeing now told me they will stop seeing me if I post anything in here. One girl from Just Relax refused to see me just bcuz I just happened to post her in here. I didn't even print her name. I just described what she looks like. She got pissed and gave me shit. She will still go out with me for lunch or dinner as friiends but won't serve me any more.
