FC should be safe. it was raid end of March this yr. and Reviewom reliable sources, the mgt wanted the tenants to move out within 2 to 3 mths time.

so enjoy it while it is still available.

Not very sure whether the management can anyhow ask the tenants to move out even if their tenancy is not expired yet. If it does happen, the management must be under tremendous pressure by the AV who are also tired of playing hide and seek everyday. I can imagine the whole building will become ghost town without the TNs around..............We (samsters) are the one who make the building alive and kicking. But definitely agreed with you fully to enjoy it while it is still available

Some renovation to build basement. As for the gals upstairs, when to take a look today. No scantly dressed ones. Management to force the tenants out? What rite they have? The owners are Reviewee to rent to whoever can fork out the rental and whoever want to rent the place. How can the management force them to go out? As far as I know, my Reviewiend at 2nd floor told me that the situation now is that no gals dare come out of the shops to ask for customers.
