Some security agencies only grant 2 off days for every calendar months instead of the reasonable 4. He may be working 24 hrs: 12 hrs here & 12 hrs at other site although this is against MOM regulations. So long as someone has passed the NSRS for security personnel or ex-Policeman, ex-SAF, the agency is only concerned with stuffing the site with enough men, never mind his deportment. One agency even deduct uniform allowance of $90 plus on-the-job-training(OJT) $50 if a guard resigns within 3 months. It is that pathetic!
