I think it is convenient to trot out the so called time-honoured transition and norms for this discussion. But the truth is that this forum is full of sexual comments about providers. Let’s try to stick to the truth for our conversation.
The comments in this forum regularly point out that a number of RMT’s do not consistently provide extras. We might assume a provider is legit but it may not be the truth. That being said, I recognize that I should have asked this question on extras in my post more thoughtfully.
My reaction was due to the fact that I didn’t appreciate the implication that I would harass a provider. Despite you disagreeing with the way I framed my question, there was no need to try to marginalized me in making your point.
This is why I still suggest that if people, like you Bill, feel compelled to provide feedback, then be as thoughtful and constructive as you are asking others to be. If you want to call out poorly written posts, then expect to be called out yourself when you are being a dick in your feedback.
I would say that there is asymmetrical power between new and old posters. New posters are consistently treated poorly in a way that I can only compare to an old school fraternity. As I have said, that kind of abuse of new people is silly and only pushes people away. If the desired outcome is to have more people sharing reviews in appropriate ways, then mistreating new people is counter-intuitive.
