I don't want to tell you how to run your business, especially if you already have lots of customers paying what you are charging. If business is slow however, consider discussing it with your girls and helping them understand they may need to be ok with lower profits early on when the business is taking root and if you really want to retain them you can have bonuses given out as business picks up. Customers want a hassle-free experience. This whole negotiating prices face to face is a complete experience-killer for many customers especially those 45 and under who are not used to speaking on the phone let alone having to have a negotiation session in a spa. So you do lose a whole bunch of potential customers. All-in pricing works very well as long as it's clear what it covers and any extras like MSOG have a clear price too. My suggestion is, rather than setting the price high and asking girls to discount as they see fit, keep price discounted to begin with but work on better upgrade pricing models for profit. Just my 2 cents. I know many other Spas are still run the old school way, I only share this suggestion here because it seems like you all are trying to do something new here that is different than the other spas in same plaza.
