They do offer some shower stuff like the Vichy table, but I think it has to be with the 45/60 min sessions.

They are in an office building. I imagine that’s why they don’t advertise their address. Once you book, they give you clear instructions on their address and how to get to their unit.

I booked once. The service was great. There was no mention of BJ or FS.

The only 2 complaints I had was I thought I booked with Ava, and Ava wasn’t even there. It also wasn’t addressed when I got there. I assumed, at least, “sorry for the misunderstanding” or “sorry, Ava had to leave for the day”. Instead, the girl just introduced herself to me, and I had to decide to see her or not. No complaints, though. As I said, the service was great.

The second complaint is that there's only one shower for the entire facility. You have to leave your massage room to use it. While it's not the worst scenario since there could be no shower at all, it's somewhat awkward to walk around the place in a towel, unsure if you'll run into anyone.

I understand growing pains and communication issues, but when someone books a specific attendant and they are not even there, it’s hard not to feel like it was a bait and switch. It’s a great way to disappoint clients and guarantee they don’t become regulars.

Thankfully, my session was great, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Funny enough, you’re not totally wrong. All of the ladies in the spa are attendants and receptionists. If we are fully booked we reply back accordingly lol. But no we do not do that

We are still open We have 3 attendants, in the process of hiring more. We do take our last appt at 8pm and we book up fairly quickly. All of the attendants rotate being the “receptionist” until we expand
