Give Revita a try as well. It has definitely helped the blood flow to my best friend.
Cialus had started to be ineffective for me, and had a delayed reaction and the
headaches I would get were quite intense. After a few treatments I definitely see the difference and am in the 2nd set of 6 treatments.

porn = yah...almost every night. That I definitely need to taper out.

viagara/cialis = haven’t tried either. I am on Effexor as well, so have to be mindful of blood pressure. I’m totally in a normal range, but would be worried of the side effects/dependency.

weights = good idea. I know lifting can help with testosterone levels and all around general health. I will look up a routine. I have weights and will take them out of storage to start again.

penis pump = to be honest, that one scares me a bit LOL! But I’ll read up on them more.

magic wand = I’ve seen them so many times (again, porn problem) and will look into it too!

sex therapist = wish there was one who would practice massage therapy too! What a win that would be!

In my opinion porn is the main culprit. I never knew how much porn negativity effected guys until I watched a Ted talk about it while I was traveling for work. I will try to find it and post it here for you. You need to go cold turkey. it might take awhile but your brain basically needs to reset.

The biggest sex organ is the brain. Very true indeed.
