Was looking at this place for a while but couldn't find any reviews so TOFTT today. Located at a plaza on Plains road in Burlington, close to McDonalds but opposite side of road

booked a 45 min appointment with Coco (works there Mon/Tue/Wed and Sat). Older lady (my guess is around 50), facially cute for my taste, decent C cups. Body would probably be in slim thick category.

Excellent, strong massage, included back walking & a lot of skilled elbow work. I'm very happy with the massage quality, and would rate it very close to Cassie at Mei's. No tease during massage, maybe because it was my first time there. On the flip, probed for menu but was told only HJ is available. No BS or CBJ, etc. Opted for it and was happy. Allowed to suck on C cups when asked for it.

I like that she was honest about time. When fun part was over, we had 5-7 minutes left and she resumed massage, didn't just walk out.

Rooms do not have shower, but are clean. I would recommend this place for a good massage and low mileage low budget fun.

And she is a great tease. Focuses well on the glutes and surrounding areas, know to throw a a little spank every so often and is great with the reach under. HJ also with familiarity gets better each time. I have no dog in the fight, I’ve seen maybe 9 different masseuses, she’s tops when it comes to the basics for me personally.

Place was a dump last time I was there…2020 I believe. Makes Sunny Foot look like a palace. Maybe they cleaned it up? At that time there was a tip hungry badger always trying to up sell with the other regular milf at the time. Cut out windows in the room too. Take a lot of convincing for me to drop cash there again.
