I have mongered in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Bali. What I have seen is the girls of SE Asia, japan, european mix, who charge around 10k for an hour (after forex conversion), the same ones when they come to India, charge 25k for an hour.
Plus side : you get international stuff near your home
Flip side : you shell more than double what you spend there.
Would advise people to try Singapore for mongering on your next trip. A bit costlier than thailand but amazing variety. Attaching few pics for perusal

Try different spas bro, go for massage.. see how they behave... Don't be desperate... Few times in different spas you will understand. Not every spa will provide extra on first visit. You need to build rapport. If you are good in rappo you may get FS also many places. Keep trying... Keep exploring... Keep posting.
