Check you PM, have some places i can recommend. Reviewom I have come to learn, its not about smpe Places, but more on smpe timing. I got this info Reviewom the manager of one of these bars. The trick is to visit these places when there is a change of Police shift. It is very unlikely that LE will do a raid at the end of a shift or at the very beginning. Also if you have a good alibi, for being in Dhaisar at the time, it helps in the unfortunate circumstance if you are caught there.
