Hah I have many hundreds of hours just paddling, so the wrist is just used to pulling. Or pushing with a fist. Trying to bend my wrist back results in extremely sharp and excruciating pain. So bench presses or pushups just around going to happen easily. I am hoping it’s not locked up somehow.Maybe. When she works your forearms she will crack/ release the wrist. I’d tell her beforehand
Ok, I will see her this weekend and see what she can do to my wrist.. and my locked ankle from blowing my Achilles too many times gonna be a painful visit. I should book Lily as a follow up to alleviate the pain….
