Went to Thirza Spa with a couple of friends. There was a sour faced NE at the counter. She insisted that we should take appointment in advance. I suggested that since we were already there, she should take us. There were no customers waiting but still she insisted that we should call before coming. I felt irritated and left from there with my friends. I guess that receptionist is responsible for Thirza Spa losing a lot of business. Do other members had similar experience or was I the only lucky one? Just wondering......
