Massage at Holiday Inn @ Sherbrooke st

I called up and they said that the $60/hour price allows the customer to use the indoor pool and whirlpool at the Holiday Inn on Sherbrooke Street.

I just wish that they might live up to the old Holiday Inn ad slogan -- "The Best Surprise is No Surprise" -- although I could read it both ways, and say that it would be no surpise if I got nothing when I went there.

Do you have any idea how wealthy the Rosenbergs are? Do you actually think they need a "corporate operation" to make money with MP's? I happen to know Mike Rosenberg and I hope that these posts are truly anonymous (what with IP addresses and all) because if he sees a slander in that remark it could ruin your day. I suspect that the "corporation" has no idea what goes on in its rooms or its health centre. The health centre is probably a lease-out at best.

Well everybody, mentioning the Rosenbergs was a real smart idea. Rest assured if there was any "action" going on with any of the masseuses, it sure aint gonna happen! There is absolutely no reason to mention them and now, what could have been a good thing, is gone.

I have been there. Straight up very good massage, that should be it, did not try as it did not seem to be the type of place.

IT is a lease out, the partners are two masseuses who run this one and the Cote de Liesse one.

No need to mention the ownership of the hotel etc, let's just leave it alone.

If you want a nice therapeutic mass go here; if not, go elsewhere and enjoy!

I think what Jumpin' Jim means by a "corporate operation" is that the salons are owned by the hotel's franchise holder, not necessarily that the franchisee is operating a bawdy house. Lighten up guys! Every hotel in the city would then have to be closed down because of what occurs every night in rooms with SPs and Best Western et al would be the world's largest operator of bordellos by extrapolation!

I saw the Holiday Inn ad in today's Gazette, and, since all of the other advertisers are for those establishments where a HJ is a foregone conclusion, it would not be off base to assume simply as an element of guilt by association. Advertise with the other pleasure palaces and the reader will think they are all like that.

Ok guys, I may have been wrong about this place...I went today for a totally legit massage...I have been there many times before, have never expected anything but a nice massage from a pleasant looking therapist.

Today while on the table, near the end of the massage, making light conversation with the therapist, I asked her how business as been...she responds with a resounding "Great!" - I then ask if she knows why it has picked up...she says "Well, I think we got mentioned on the internet which helped a lot".

Playing dumb, I respond "Oh really? What kind of mention did you get?" she tells me they were mentioned on a message board that talks about massage studios and that it was pointed out that they go out of their way to make sure their clients are "fully relaxed"....and smiles...

Now, this is a ll a little weird, she has obviously not read this thread but her demeanor suggested that something else may be going on there.

Nothing happened with me - "extras" were not on my mind today, and I did not really continue the discussion as I was at the end of my session (and a little confused). She did however brush Mr. Willy twice, maybe it was a "firmness" test (I was not) - she made it seem like an accident, not even acknowledging it....this did happen to me one other time at this place but I thought it was an accident.

PLEASE, if any of you guys are getting anything extra at this place...please let me know - The combination of an excellent massage followed by a nice release would be great!

Decided to jump in the water and see what happens....well actually nothing happened to my greatest disappointment. Nice therapeutic massage and all but that's IT! No indication that anything else was on the table, no massage of thighs, butt...made sure the sheet covered as much as possible. Will wait until another eforum.xxxite comes back with a review of more than just a traditional massage. She even stated that their ad in the Gazette brought about unfortunate requests which she wouldn't elaborate. I'd say this is a totally STRAIGHT place. After 5 minutes of the appointment, it was very easy to say that’s very difficult to find more legit place in Montreal... and after the massage with the long sheet all the way, it was more easy... With the multitude of web-sites that recount horror experiences with regards to hotel stays, I think Holiday Inns and their parent, InterContinental Hotels Group, have more important things to worry about than whether someone posts on the net that it was possible to get a good massage and a HJ at one of their hotels...not like it's a complaint about an overbooked property, dirty rooms, getting food poisining, whatever. The initial poster(s) said service was good...and, if it was an employee desiring to boost business, certainly wouldn't be the first time someone has tried that ruse now, will it?

This particular Holiday Inn franchisee has often been in the news for its efforts to lock-out its unionized workers and break the union's resolve, so, eforum.xxxites have been giving them POSITIVE reviews for a change.

Moby first posted that he was curious about this place on Jan-31 - apparently he was staying at the hotel.

Now he says he has been there 20 times - that is about 3 or 4 times per week since his first post - Has he been staying there the whole time - doublful!

I think the whole thing is bullshit - I have been there many times, the place is as legit as they get and the girls are really nice and real RMTs...there is nothing more going on!!

As for LAncelot - I think he mis-read the comments made by the RMT, and as for brushing the willy - that happens - can't be avoided sometimes, but should not be taken as a sign.

Hi everyone, I am a newbie to this board, but a long time member of massageplanet.net.

I find this thread very interesting, as I really enjoy the search for a great legit massage with that hint of something else.

I called this place and found out that Lynn no longer works there, is taking a break from massage. I was on the phone with Sylvie, who sounds very nice. She says most of Lynn's clients now go with her or someone named Susan.

I may be making a trip to your great city soon to check this out, among other things.

If anyone has been recently, please post your experience.
