I find this forum fascinating. It’s full of shill accounts for well known promoters, hell bent on destroying competition for those that pay them, or are affiliated with their friends. This spa is not affiliated with any of them. The reality is that it should never have entered the collective consciousness of this forum. It’s not, and never should have been targeted at the idiots that lurk here, like trolls under the proverbial bridge. I’ve been, and was very pleased with the service I received. It was straightforward massage. Nothing else. I didn’t expect or ask for anything else. I will go again. Definitely. I wish them success as a business. It’s a very pleasant place to go for a real massage

It's not a conspiracy against Lotus. Or rather, a conspiracy against Ella. And possibly whoever else is involved with how they've marketed and historically answered questions (and Yes, this has improved somewhat).

So, I gave it a shot a few days ago (only because there's a "winter special" with discounts). Honestly, it's really no different than any of the basic stuff or bare minimum that you get at other Asian massage parlours - massage for 1 hour and then happy ending (for a damage of $140 in total - which I can live with). Seeing Ella topless was the only bonus and she allowed for roaming, but honestly she does not look as exotic as her airbrushed photos. (You could get so much more at other places - the MPA would be fully nude at least.) They should have never charged $180 previously for 1 hour. It seems that they can negotiate a reduction in price on certain occasions (but then again it's poor advertising given the level of service being offered). I will NEVER pay a higher price in the future. The FS rate is so insane that one wonders why it's even on the menu (just a deceitful marketing ploy to increase the hype and get guys hooked, as in "oh, she is open-minded but for a price ($350) - if you keep trying, maybe she will accommodate"). It seems like the other ladies working there know about the "extras" and the business is getting Ella/Amber to charge more from the gentlemen to offset the lack of $$$ coming from other services catered to women. Unfair to the fellas for sure, but I guess it fits their narrative of empowering women as per their Instagram account. I would not repeat. (Feel free to disagree.)

to make the story short, i had a work meeting in the same building yesterday and the client brought up that they and other tenants are aware of a rub & tug being operated in the building and that a number of complaints have been made to property management and police.

true (to an extent) - from my previous experience in the property management industry, when there is something shady taking place in a professional shared / permanent office building, TPS is fairly quickly to act due to pressures from a major corporation.

its everyone's choice to go or not go go, i am just flagging in case anyone gets caught up in this.

operating a rub & tug inside a shared corporate space (in the first place) is a risky move.
