LE at Swan

Just thought I'd let you know that I was at Swan today and was enjoying a smoke after a great session with May when I noticed a "Richmond municipal type vehicle" park outside of Swan. 2 guys got out. 1 definite LE and the other guy was in "civilian" clothes. Can't say why they were there. Maybe they're checking on visas? I dunno, but glad I got to leave when I did.

Guys, there's nothing to worry about if you have nothing against you in terms of criminal or perhaps serious motor vehicle infractions. Basically, the RCMP is out for illegal immigrants/ workers, underaged, people or outstanding warrants. Yes, it's causes some anxiety when they run your ID through their system but unless you have something against you or give them a reason, they couldn't bother doing anything to you. It's not worth the TIME and Paper work for them!

I've been through it before at Accupointe in BBY and all they can really do is try to scare you with tough talk and lecture you on all the immoral issues related to pooning....

Yes, but you can be charged and arrested if she has no clothes on OR you are in the middle of sex. I know a guy this happened to. So there IS something to worry about. Sex at an MP is illegal.

Hopefully Patrick or whoever the manager is at these MP's in Richmond will do something or have a notification system so that all his girls know what to do. (they do have a code or method btw)...I know that BBY is now implementing a bylaw whereby there cannot be a central control for light switches or buzzers (not 100% sure). Places like SL are higher profile and on the watch list because of prior infractions on their business license. In any case, generally the cops are not looking at/ targeting the 'Johns' as the MP is not a 'public' place such as in the case of street walkers. All they can really do is ensure that the MP is operating within the by-laws and licensing requirements. Further, everyone knows what goes on in these places so the sex part is not that big of an issue. So technically something could happen (probably more so at SL because of the past and their popularity) but realistically not.

Like everyone knows, pooning has its risks and they aren't just health risks in terms of STD's. It just depends on your risk tolerance. Having said that, if a pooner is caught in a sting and his SO finds out, I believe the consequences of being searched and arrested by the cops is farrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lessssssss than the problems facing him on the home front .

what was the exact charge the LE laid to the guy you know? I couldn't think of anything in Criminal Code that they can use unless the girl is underage or they can declare the place as brothel house.

He and I just left there and I knew nothing about the LE. Instead of worrying about the LE we each had great sessions, Joe with Helen and I finally got to try Tina. He is still wearing the big grin and I am still in shock about what an hour with Tina can be. I want to change my vote in the poll, but it is too late. Sorry Judy.

Haha, SF Mike, I know exactly what you are talking about. Tina is a real dynamo. I've been going to swan for quite a few years now, almost since it first opened and that place has always been good to me. At the beginning Tina would only give massages for the longest time but slowly things started to change. And boy, how did things ever change!!! Can't say enough about her, she is a real gem, even if she is a few years older now.

I was caught in richmond once while we are in action. The rcmp phone my home and tell my brother where i was. They said they just need to verify i live there. Lucky my brother pick up the phone not his wife or mine.
The Rcmp didn't charge me , just ask me to leave the place. but good thing is that i didn't have to pay the girl and kingdom. The LE was a chiness speaking not in uniform. he dress like a normal customer

You must have been unlucky to run into a REAL DINK of a cop. He probably did what he did just to cause you trouble all while snickering to himself and his partner.
Realistically, I'm not sure whether or not they can actually disclose where you are without your consent. I'll have to check with my good bud who is a criminal lawyer. This is not to say that they cannot phone to confirm that you are who you say you are. Further, picture ID (ie: drivers license and such) would more than suffice. Again, charging you with an offence would really be difficult as a person without a criminal past or other outstanding issues would be virtually impossible to prosecute effectively. All the cops would be doing is filling out pages of paper work and processing time for nothing....That's why they did not do anything other than try to scare you.

that you don't have to show LE your driver's license unless you're in your car? It doesn't seem right that LE can ask you to identify yourself, let alone call your home, for just being in an MP/ Maybe a lawyer out there can clarify?

I always thought Tina was a bit standoffish whenever I saw her in the lobby, but yesterday, when I saw her I realized it was time to TOFMT. Her English was much better than I expected, and she was constant smiles, same as me. From our conversation I got the impression she prefers customers who are a little older than average.

Summerfest was caught "in action" so maybe that's why the cop gave him such a hard time. I don't go to AMP's anymore because I can't relax there like in the good old days.
