Huge adcovate for white vinegar! I use it for all sorts of stuff. Not only do I use it in the laundry, if you mix it half and half with distilled water it makes a great stain remover for carpet. I've gotten out red wine, spaghetti sauce and dog messes. I make my own cleaning products also, the chemicals in store-bought ones bother us too much. I use lots of white vinegar, baking soda, castile soap and tea tree oil. Works great.
As far as sheets, I got a bunch of the Eddie Bauer flannels someone posted about that were on sale at Linens N' Things. I have had no problems with them at all for some reason. All the other cheaper flannels I've gotten have eventually started to have an odor. Not sure why this is but there it is!
