I don't eat very healthy,and was wondering. Is there any ways to hide healthy foods? I'm a very picky eater and I don't get enough of the nutrients I'm supposed to have and I can't stomach vitamins. I don't eat jelly or peanut butter I had a very bad experience with them when I was little and the mear smell makes me sick. Thank you in advance.
