Bro, you're totally correct about my previous impression of Blondies. Here is how it all went down.

First time I went, I wanted to try out Elina....the pics looked awesome so i went....website said she was 21....went there and she looked young enough so I decided to try her....just an FYI, i never go to a place and choose from a lineup as the one i want might not be available or have to wait a while, so i always just book an appointment and go there for the time booked.
hence, when i saw Elina, i wasn't surprised....so i went with her....i always ask for the service before we begin session. I asked for FS. She said she doesn't do FS....bummer, so i left.

Next time, I booked Ana, website said she was 32 . Not bad, so I went....BANG, when I saw her, she was more like late 30s or early 40s....frig, so left.

After I had a few other experiences at some other spas, and looking at there website and pics, i saw that there was a trend that was similar amongst them all....maybe of my inexperience or naivety , now I know that whatever age the site puts, just tack on 5-10 years more.

Now I will just book with girls that are in the low twenties because then at least i know they will be late 20s or early 30s at most.

Then after knowing this, I've went back to Blondies as white girls are my fav. I find that this place has the most selection of white girls...actually all of the MPAs are white, whereas other places with have a variety, or all Asians....I booked Sophia, mid-late 20s...I booked Eva, same thing....

So I am just answering the OP and their question. White place that is not as expensive as Seduction/Premier/Muse/Vaughan Spa for just a massage and HE....and it's in the West End

Give them a try! I'm not shilling, as you can see I've had different experiences here not just all perfection. I think I can say all Massage places have their good and bad, so just find one for you that has more positives than negatives of your preferences.

I Used to frequent spas, but last few years been going to agencies.

Now I'm bored of agencies and want to come back to spas haha

Any suggestions for west end massage parlor for just decent massage and HJ? Don't want any extras, kissing, daty, cbj, fs,etc

Preferably white girls and under $120. I know Allure is no extras, but they're pretty pricey.

I see lots of reviews but they usually include FS for around $150
