I can confirm that they do not bang on your door if you are 2 minutes over.. I did have a knock at the door because we were 25 minutes over but to be fair the receptionist didn't know the MPA was late arriving and we were only 5 minutes over... I have gone over many times and only feel guilty because the next person may get a rushed service
