Yoo, I've been to many RH, Markham, Vaughan, Burlington, Oakville, Scarborough and Toronto, semi and legit spa(s). They always ask for room fee first and the rest is between the customer and the girl arrangement. Some are nice to put the tip on the table and talk to the girls what they want at the beginning of the session to set expectation, and it's up to the girls to decide. From the past, a lot of RH/Markham spa(s) have incidents where customers were not ask to pay room fee first & skipped and left without paying a cent, or have excuses of not having the money with them after having session and service from the girls. The girls are here to provide massage and services so they can earn a living and pay bills. I have no issue with paying the room fee up front. The girls here are very professional with excellent customer service. Each have their own merits in term of services. They have not disappointed me from my visits and I'm extremely satisfy.
