Here is my take on the whole thing.

1) Monger 2011 must have had some bad experiences with law enforcement. I tried to help educate folks as when I was new to these boards, some nice folks helped me. Instead of reading advice and learning, he continues to challenge everyone. You can get educated or you can be a career victim, the choice is for each person to decide.
