Two regular customers of EB came in at 9:35 pm a few days ago and they both wanted to stay one hour. The two girls they picked already had 8 customers each that day and that was their 9th customer for both girls. The two young guys are friends and they came over in the same car.
The girls said okay, so the guys paid room fees upfront as usual. One of the girl wanted to go home early but didn't say anything and took the one hour room fee. The problem started when she rushed her customer and pushed him out in 35 -40 minutes saying his friend was already done and waiting in the car.
The guy rushed out and found out his friend was still in the room with Amy and 20 more minutes to go. So , he got pissed and refused to pay her the full tips he owed. The girl went crazy and asked me for help. I told her I couldn't help her much cuz she was on the wrong side and told her she should have told him from the beginning she could stay only half hour or so. She got mad, raised her voice at the customer and me. I told her to calm down, I will pay her all the room fees to her and won't charge her the room fees plus 30 tips from her customer to make everyone happy. She wasn't happy, wanted the whole tips and told us she won't be able to sleep tonight and not coming next week...lol. I have seen it all , I never lost my cool and just told her" Have a good night " on her way out.

Our offer was quite reasonable. She's getting 60 room fee and 30 from the guy, total 90 bucks. I don't even mind chipping in out of my pocket but she wasn't happy I didn't side with her. I don't think she'll be back. She's a very nice lady , very sweet and a popular girl, but I have to do what is right. Everyone is replaceable, including me.

I would say subpar of EB standard. Emma does not have the technique and training. I think she does not have 1/4 of the owner, Amy's skill. She is not in the same league of Tina in terms of massage skills - totally not comparable.

I guess she wanted her $80 tips plus room commission 30 , that will be $110 total. She already did 8 customers that day and already made very good money. I don't think it was about the money, she was mad cuz the guy told her he is not going to give her any tip for rushing him out with lies. I was caught between the two and explained her the situation as best as I could. Well...it's her loss. She knows lots of spas are not that busy lately and she was the one who approached me to get a job here after hearing from other girls we're busy. The new girl Chloe who came in to cover Rose yesterday will take over her spots . Chloe was working at Oakville spa and getting only 4-5 customers a day. She did 8 yesterday and all were EB regular customers , She was surprised to see how 2-3 friends came together to EB for fun in groups, so she asked for a job. Just perfect timing for her and us, and she was happy as hell.
