Wow... Cherry must have told you everything about that 2 hrs guy. You are correct, he always tips 120 to all the girls no matter who he sees. Yesterday he tipped more cuz he heard the X girl didn't want to do 2 hours and he wanted to reward Emma for taking care of him well.

How about this one? One Caucasian guy in his 50s booked Emma for 90 minutes about 5 - 6 weeks ago, and he offered $50 for body slide before the end of the session. Emma said , sorry, just massage is okay. So he wasn't happy and tipped her only 10 bucks . I asked ONLY 10 dollars? He said just massage only, $10 is good. I feel like punching him but held back and told him never to come back here again. I gave her 10 more out of my pocket. When I was running the front desk at JR, I remember almost all the cheap guys and always tell them Sorry no one is free whenever they came over. Girls love that, the boss didn't.. lol. I am doing the same here. Amy wasn't happy. I told Amy we don't need cheap asses here, it's more important to keep the girls happy.

2 hours room fee is 120, the tip is 120 . You do the math.

Girls don't mind 80 to 100 tips just for massage and happy ending without much touching or nudity. The X yesterday was ex holistic girl, so she calculated every thing in holistic way of pricing. She might be thinking she'd be better off doing 2 -3 guys half hr or 45 minutes each than spending 2 hrs with just one guy.

What the fck is wrong with some guys. We were crazy busy and one guy waiting in the lobby. One cheap asshole Latino looking guy came in, ask how much for half hr. I said $40 and he tried to bargain to give him a discount at $30. I told him.. Sir, we are busy and no need to give discount or negotiate. He kept on saying he will be our regular if I give him discount. I said No, we have one girl free now waiting for her appointment and can give him 20 minutes for 30 dollars . So I gave him a room and told the lady she has only 20 minutes, her appointment is on the way. The motherfkr tried to bargain with the lady saying he wanted 45 minutes and will give her 100 total for body slide. The girl said No and walked out. He came to the front desk again and asked me to help talk to the girl. I just pointed him the door and told him never ever try to bargain with a girl if you want a good time.

Do you remember why I gave Kiki 5 days a week after I tried out a session with her on her first day when I was managing I&U? Because I saw the potential in her and I could tell easily she 's a hidden gem and I don't want her to go find a job at any other spas. Amanda had doubt at first and asked me Are you Sure? I just told her I know what I am doing. Kiki was already working at 2 other spas before she came over to I&U, but nobody knows how to promote her properly and she wasn't known at all in the market. This girl Lily is the same. She has great personality, great attitude and more open minded than Kiki, all you need is a little fine tuning. She is on probation now , if she didn't do well and no repeat customers , we will cut down a few days.

Have you ever heard of the saying " One man's trash is another man's treasure ". There is no way for us to say which one is a better one to keep without trying them out a few weeks. We have quite a lot of regulars who gave us proper feedbacks. You won't know it until someone complained. We don't go by the complaints from cheap asses. Our main focus is on their attitude. No matter how young or how pretty they are, if they have shitty attitude, we don't keep them. Girls like Emma and Lily have really good attitude, no matter how cheap the guys are, they have the patience to put up with them . They are happy whenever I am at the front desk cuz they know I will handle the cheap asses very well.

So ebw is essentially a recycling company of some sort. Ebw is sorta like how professional teams giving PTO to the players. If other spas throw them out, there must be a reason

Don't you forget some of our rejects are now working at nearby spas. You can easily tell who they're by looking at our old schedules , cuz they were given only one day a week as a try out. Some lasted just one day only and some lasted 2 days the most. They can't handle the pressure from popular girls at EB cuz most of the customers coming to this bldg (7-8 spas) love doing spa shopping until they find the right girl. It's very hard for average looking girls when they got rejected so many times. That was another reason some girls quit.
