been walking around the Houjie area. mostly stay at the sheraton. been asked by the bell hop if i was interested in some "girls" when I told I was going to pay a visit to the sauna down below. I told him if the girls were better looking then these girls (proceeded to show him pictures of japanese pop idols). he said no problem. later around 11 PM he showed me two girls at 1000RMB each(!). I refused since they were not attractive at all. He tried three more times each was a disaster. then I tried the kande hotel. I think the prices went up since I went there a month ago. they wanted 268RMB for the room and 500RMB tip for the girl. that was 100RMB less then what they would charge at the sheraton and the girls are prettier there. are these prices the norm? also last time i was in houjie I found this one hotel in houjie by the name of (starts with a B I think). the sauna girls are hot there but fairly expensive in my opinion. does anyone know the name of that hotel? also does anyone know the hours of the sauna girls? do they do house visits? I got a couple of numbers just don't know when to call and what is appropriate to ask them. I remember this one girl (sauna - sheraton) was obviously hungry. when i told her to get anything on the menu on me she refused immediatley citing policy. I got confused (how would they know). I ended up giving her some snacks that I had on me at the time when I was in japan. On my last visit to the health sauna at the silverland hotel (BAD CHOICE/SELECTION) one girl proceeded to treat me with a BBBJTC. thinking now I'm paranoid of what i might have gotten. Hi all,
Will be traveling to DGC sometime in August. Staying at either Silverland or Golden Palace. Have been given advice (in another string..) to simply check out the local hairdressing salons and see if anyone beckons me inside .... Please fill me in on any massage, health clubs or the like in the immediate vicinity of these hotels. Also, is there any value to the massage facilities located at either of these hotels? Any other pointers for improving my chances of a good experience would be most welcome...thanks!

Of course not. The prices I mentioned only refer to the places I mentioned. Most places will be less. The usual in Dongguan for KTV, as big stud has mentioned, is 800. There are some places that are even 600 for all night. At high end sauna, the girl tip is usually 400 with a 250-270 room fee. You can find BBS for around 100-150 for a shot. They're hard to find, but if you can find them, street walkers can be had for under 100, sometimes as low as 50 a shot. I'd watch out for those girls though, most likely, they have some extra baggage with them.

Please do not destroy the market price. normally for overnight in regular KTV rate are about RMB 800. of coarse if you are talking about models with great looks and body prices will be on rmb1000 to 1500.

Just make sure to maintain the market price level. wish you a happy mongering.

Where in Dongguan? Dongguan is a big place. I usually hang out in Houjie. I'm not really big on the BBS scene, so I don't know too much about it. Houjie has three 5 star hotels, Jia Hua Grand, Sheraton, and Cinese. Each of them has KTV with takeout. The Cinese and Jia Hua also have massage. My current favorite is Cinese Hotel. There is also Kande Club Hotel behind the Sheraton. Kande Club has very good massage too. Massage is usually 400 tip for the girl and around 250 for the room. KTV girls are usually 1000 for the night with the exception of the Sheraton where it's 1500.

Humen has two 5 star hotels and a bunch of 4 star ones. The 5 stars are Parkview and Lungchuen. Both have KTV. Lungchuen has massage, but I'm not sure about Parkview since I've never checked it out. Springwood Harbor Hotel also has a very nice KTV. Springwood has an excellent Chinese restaurant.

There are hundreds of places in Dongguan. Almost every hotel has something.

Dongguan Trip 30/09/2012

Hey,

I was in in Guangzhou on the 29th and finished all my work by 4pm in the afternoon.. I have to take a flight to India on the 1st October evening so decided to go to Dongguan for one night (thought to have a great time with my friend and have a blast). Booked a private care from the hotel i was staying in Guangzhou ( the name was ONE WORLD HOTEL .. if i am not mistaken)

Started from Guangzhou at around 5.30om and reach Dongguan at around 9.30 .. we were 6 pax.. too much of traffic on the way... i always though that India has the most terrible traffic but for once i was proved wrong... hahaha

Reached Dongguan and on the way tried to book 6 rooms in peninsula hotel but could not get as the hotel was booked. So my friend make some internet booking in some hotel.. the hotel was excellent with amazing rooms and very neat.

Immediately changed and then got down to have dinner... after we finished dinner we went to an KTV behind MAYFLOWER... the name is Jia Yi... Trust me guys the most lousy place i ever went to... the moment i entered i felt like this place was deserted.. we managed to get a big room to accommodate all of us. The room cost was around RMB900 which included i think some cover charge... Quickly the mamasan started coming in and called for a line of girls...

This place only had somewhat like 20 girls and it took us quite some time to select the girls as the spread was not so good.. eventually after 45 minutes we got our girls and the party started... i orders lots of beers, some wine and whiskey for an Indian client which was way to expensive according to other KTVs i have visited in china..

We enjoyed playing dice games, singing, dancing and teasing each others girls .. finally it was 2am and we planned to go to our rooms..

At that time the manager came in and said that the girls would not go with us as they are not comfortable with the Indian client and they think they have too BIG johnny.... lol... WTF...

i didn't believe my ears first... after a log discussion and argument finally my 2 Chinese friend and 1 Indian guy girls were ready to come to the hotel..

I still insisted the manager that they were our clients and we have to make them happy. after to much hear the manager said they would go with us but only if we take a room in their hotel... I lost my cool .. i gave the 3 girls their sitting fees and left the place furious. (even left my girl as could not let the clients leave alone)

My anger had no limit.. my local friend were also astonished to see me in this mood... but i could not help it...


finally took a taxi and came back to the hotel.. Reached my room and called the massage center there to send some girls for massage..

It was about 3am in the morning when i reached hotel... and after 30 minutes 3 girls arrived.. I let me customers chose their girls and the last one was for me.... hahaha. The cost was RMB 400 for one time 90 minute session.
