The courts dismissed the challenges because they don’t want to be viewed as partisan and determine an election.

It's funny discussing the Goldwater rule. Barry Goldwater lost his Presidential run in 1964 by the biggest landslide in US history....absolutely blown out of the water so to speak. His massive loss had less to do with his psychiatric assessment than his desire to treat nukes just like conventional weapons ..no difference ...he was WWIII waiting to happen. In 2020/21 we have Dumbo Trump also assessed as mentally unstable wanting to throw nukes around into hurricanes. The difference today is 40% of the US population is also mentally unstable which is why Donald only lost by 7 million votes after losing to Hillary by 3 million....not to mention losing the congress...and having 5 states flip on him.

Now it all makes sense... 40% of the population is also psychotic too! Why? They voted for Trump! What more proof do you need??
