Question Do you guys think its a red flag if a mpa is always Available or Fully booked?

So what "look" would you say attracts the most clients Curvy, fit, Slim thick? Does race play a role I noticed premier has few black attendants when in comparison to the amount of Asians and Euro Hispanic attendants. If attendants are getting high bookings off looks alone does that rule as Looks over service or is Service more important to you guys vs looks? Sorry for the long response

What I look for is someone clean, that takes care of their appearance (considering you’re selling a service and all), ethnicity doesn’t matter to me- just like what you’re doing. If you hate your job; find something else! So sick of these trashy girls that can barely even wipe their own ass flooding the scene

The point I was trying to make is simple , I treat them with respect and pay them what the market price and am equally happy to see them coz the service doesn’t deteriorate,

I was talking about a few gals/spas who believe they are entitled and ask for more ..

The other day I accidentally called one of those spas and immediately disconnected even before someone picked up .. they called me thrice back that day and sent me a text , now this spa is claimed to be too busy apparently.. I don’t understand the reason of so much follow up for a missed call , I think you are getting where am I going with this

Well hello everyone. I am one of the new girl at hfh. This is my new explore in the industry, I only have been in this new fun environment for two months. I always fully booked at a spa I work before here. I have some guests just looking for a good massage and ofc the happy ending. I love to please and to be pleased. I did my RMT before but quit in the middle. And for sure I don't want everything to feel like a transaction. I treat everyone how I want to be treated. I would love to hear more about your experience. And may be I could meet the expectations .
I just discovered this site and loving it. I think instead of walk in the place and try your luck. May be we could text before hand and see if we connected.

Surprisingly, most popular agency ladies are not the ones with big tits & ass; its slim pretty girls with modest proportions & pretty faces. If the combine those looks with a friendly personality, she will be a top girl, and if she has high mileage, a true star impossible to even book.

Just had a “session” at Dream Spa.

The attendant was an absolute rip off.

She tried to tell me that they don’t offer body slides with their massages Lool.

Seen at least 3-4 girls prior and it was included. The useless front desk lady seemed to be in on the scheme/ scam as well. Honestly wish I could have bashed her head into the wall. Looking like a penguin in her outfit.

I think Premier chain’s girls are attracting customers solely based off cheaper/bigger(and riskier) menu options considering 90% of their girls are used up. Seductions on the other hand is attracting costumers because they’re younger (in their 20s/early 30’s) but their service level is garbage and the girls are booked off Twitter or their pictures when they look nothing like that in person

That's a good point you made but I always think when we talk about premier we got to separate pure from perla more girls at Pure are the ones more likely to have better service as in every girls does fs at least 4-5 times a shift including bbbj besides perla where it's more safer services like cbj or no French kissing etc.. but i agree with you
