do i have to give first the soup from vegetables before to introduce the

vegetables for baby four months old? i have a four months old baby and we are starting the solids , i had him 8 days on pear now he is eating apple and i was wondering if before to start to give hime veggies if i have to start giving him first the soup from the veggie because his stomach will take it very hard if i will give him straight away the vegetables
i was thinking to start with avocado and after sweet potato,carrot,pumpkin...............
any suggestions plz.......
and another thing is parmesan cheese safe for a four months old?

No, no cheese. Actualy if you MUST start solids on a 4 month old, you should do the grains first (rice, otmel, barley) then veggies, one at a time for a full week to rule out food allergies..THEN you can start fruits. They need t o be pureed and stage 1 since baby is so young and is only a supported sitter for now and just learning. Dont rush, theyve got their whole lives for eatinv..enjoy your little one.

Ps- no water or eggwhites either, my friend thought it was ok to feed her 4 mth old baby that, she had major problems.

No don't give your baby avocado or pumpkin. You don't need to give your baby the soup. It sounds like you need to go buy what they offer at the store so you don't give your baby something he shouldn't have. He can have peas, green beans, squash, carrots, sweet potatos. Things like that. And ask the pediatrician. Good luck giving him the veggies after first giving him the fruits.

Sounds like you are doing a good job. The cereals are what I began my children on first, but they are not necessary. The best foods to begin with are peaches, pears, applesauce, bananas, carrots, sweet potato, squash, and regular potato. Then after those you can do peas, green beans and the other fruits/veggies, but no citrus or berries until at least one year old. Also cheese should not be introduced this early. Not until at least 10 months old or even later. The pumpkin does not sound like a good idea either. It is not true that if babies get fruits first they won't like veggies as some people say. I began my 3 on fruits first and they've never had a problem accepting veggies. You should not give the soup from the veggies because soup has more than one veggie in it and a lot of seasonings that his little belly might not be able to handle. It is best to puree the baby food if you are making it yourself. What I did was peel and cook everything except bananas. Those I just mashed with a fork. After things are cooked until soft and tender let them cool then puree them. Once they are pureed you can put spoon fulls into an ice cube tray and freeze. Once frozen solid transfer into freezer bags labeled with the contents and date. It is important to begin new foods 3-5 days apart to watch for signs of an allergy.

veggies are fine, they actually recomend you give them veegies before fruits because they might prefer the sweetness of the fruits and not eat the veggies, of course I didn't have this info when my kids were babies, my youngest is nine, but they all did fine with veggies, no soup is needed, also NO CHEESE, it will really upset the baby's tummy, plus is made from milk and they're not supposed to have any dairy before a year old!
